SJB Way

Our school's behaviour management approach is one based on Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) The SJB Way provides a framework for the way behaviour is managed and provides a clearly defined set of expected behaviours that develops a common language and understanding of expectations across the school.

Procedures are in place that allow for the school's expected behaviours to be taught, practised and acknowledged promoting a commitment to the SJB Way from all members of the school community.
